Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Sassy — the heart behind Woven on the Plains! I live and work right here in Auburn, AL, and love being part of this community and the Auburn Family.

Woven on the Plains was created from a passion for Auburn, family, and our students. We carefully source specially curated, officially licensed Auburn University products that celebrate tradition and spirit. Every purchase not only brings joy to our customers but also gives back — with a percentage supporting the university we all love.

As an Auburn mom, I know firsthand what it feels like to drop your child off at college — I’ve done it twice! I understand the ache of getting that phone call when your student is having a rough day and wishing you could be there. That’s why we offer our special student delivery services: you pick the goodies, and we’ll create a thoughtful care package — complete with extra treats and a handwritten note. It’s like sending a hug from home.

At Woven on the Plains, everything we do is rooted in love for Auburn and care for its students and families.

Meet Liz – Social Media Manager

Liz is both my daughter and our incredible Social Media Manager here at Woven on the Plains. While she may be a Mississippi State student (we love her anyway!), her creativity and heart shine through in Auburn as she helps source products and manages all of our social media. As a mom to a busy 3-year-old boy, Liz deeply understands the joys and challenges of motherhood, which makes her connection with our community that much more genuine. Auburn is still in her roots—she’s an Auburn girl at heart—so around here you’ll hear her cheering War Eagle and Hail State!
