📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, along with tracking details.


🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and shipping method.

  • Free shipping is available on all orders over $50 (U.S. only, before taxes and discounts).

  • Standard delivery times: 3–7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

  • We currently ship to the United States. For international orders, please contact us directly before purchasing.


📍 Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


🐾 Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll assist with a replacement or refund.

  • Once an order has been handed to the carrier, shipping delays are outside of our control. Please refer to your tracking number for updates.
