Turnaround Time
Turnaround time begins once your order has been paid in full and we have received all required information (approvals, student details, shipping info, etc.).
Missing information may result in delays.
Standard turnaround time:
Shipping or porch pickup: 1–2 business days on average
Student delivery: We will contact your student within 24 hours of receiving your email with their details to arrange a delivery time.
If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know when placing your order. Rush fees may apply if your timeline cannot be met with standard processing.
Please note: circumstances outside of our control (such as weather, postal delays, or supplier issues) may extend turnaround times.

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground unless otherwise arranged.
Local delivery is available within the Auburn/Opelika area (Lee County). Addresses outside of this range will require shipping.
Cancellations & Refunds
All sales are final. Cancellations are not accepted once your order has been placed.
